Overview
A public library proposal that opens reading rooms toward Lake Victoria and uses a shaded civic veranda as its main public threshold.
VERANDA
A long public veranda becomes the social heart of the library, welcoming readers before they enter the cooled interior.
READING
Reading rooms are arranged by sound level, from active children spaces to quiet research rooms facing the lake.
ROOF
The roof collects rainwater, shades the facade, and creates a recognizable civic silhouette on the lakefront.
Spatial Strategy
The project is presented through a consistent sequence of context, brief, spatial moves, material direction, delivery notes, and credits.

Images are optimized for fast loading while preserving the visual tone of the studio archive.
